This page explains the cookies and similar browser storage used when you visit the site.
Some storage is ours and is necessary for the site to work at all — remembering that a page has loaded, keeping the catalogue counts current, and similar housekeeping. None of it identifies you.
Some comes from the games rather than from us. Titles are embedded from a distribution network, and several of them keep progress, coins or settings in your browser’s local storage so that a shop or a level is still there when you come back. That storage belongs to the game, sits on the device you played on, and does not follow you to another one. It is also the reason a saved game does not appear if you switch browsers.
Advertising served alongside the pages may set its own cookies, subject to the settings you have chosen with the advertising provider.
You can clear or block all of this from your browser’s settings. Blocking storage will not stop the site working, but games that keep progress will start fresh every time.
