A valid notice needs several things: identification of the work you say is infringed, the specific page or pages on this site where the material appears, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder or the law, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the rights holder, and your signature, physical or electronic.
One point specific to a games catalogue. Almost every game on this site is embedded from a distribution network rather than hosted here, and the network is the licensor of record for those titles. If your complaint concerns a game itself rather than our description or our images, telling us lets us remove the listing immediately, but the game will remain available elsewhere until the network acts.
We respond to complete notices promptly, and we remove or disable access to the material identified while a complaint is being considered.
