Fast Food Restaurant

This is the tycoon end of the counter genre: the day is a shift, the shift produces money, and the money buys equipment that makes the next shift shorter. Everything else — the menu, the customers, the stations — exists to support that loop.

Because upgrades carry between days, the early shifts are deliberately slow. A single fryer and one grill means queuing is unavoidable, and the skill is deciding which piece of equipment to buy first rather than how fast you can tap. Players who spread money thinly across every station stall around the middle levels.

It is plainer to look at than most of its neighbours here and it does not try to be a story. What it does have is a genuine economy underneath, which is rarer in browser kitchens than the number of restaurant titles would suggest.

Controls

Tap a customer to take the order, tap stations to prepare, tap to serve.

How to Play

  1. Take the order from the customer at the front.
  2. Start each item at its station.
  3. Assemble and hand the order over before patience runs out.
  4. Spend the day's takings on equipment before the next shift.

Tips & Tricks

Buy depth before variety. A second unit of your busiest station clears more queue than a new menu item ever does, and menu items add orders you then cannot fill.
