Royal Wedding Cake

Several cakes rather than one, and each has to be delivered before the next arrives — which turns an otherwise open decorating game into a sequence with a shape. The ceremony provides a deadline in narrative form even though nothing is actually timed.

Wedding cakes mean tiers, and the decoration vocabulary reflects that: piped lace, sugar flowers, ribbon, pearls, and toppers that only sit properly on the smallest tier. It is a more formal set than the birthday and party cakes elsewhere in this section, and it holds together better as a result.

Because the cakes go out one after another, the interesting question is whether to make a matching set or a varied one. Nothing in the game rewards either, which leaves it as a real choice rather than a scored one.

Controls

Tap decorations to apply them; tap the delivery button when a cake is finished.

How to Play

  1. Take the first cake from the order list.
  2. Decorate the tiers from the bottom up.
  3. Add the topper last.
  4. Send it for delivery and start the next.

Tips & Tricks

Decorate from the bottom tier upward. Anything applied to a lower tier after an upper one is finished disturbs the piping above it, and the game will not let you reset a single tier.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many cakes are there?

Several, delivered one at a time as part of the ceremony order.

Are the cakes timed?

No. The ceremony provides urgency in the story, but nothing on screen counts down.
